Live coaching packages may be eligible for a refund if no sessions have been used (at least 7 days) before a scheduled session.
 

Digital products and courses are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Digital Products & Online Courses

All sales of digital products, including self-guided resources, workbooks, and online courses, are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

However, if you experience technical difficulties or believe you purchased in error, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. We will review your request and work to resolve issues within PathPro's reasonable discretion.

Coaching Services

For coaching services, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before a scheduled session may qualify for a full refund or rescheduling, depending on what the client prefers.

• No refunds will be issued for missed or completed sessions.

• If you have a coaching package, cancellations must be made 7 days before the start of the first session to be eligible for a refund.
